Our rates
The Violet Olive Counseling & Supervision therapists are not in-network providers and do not bill insurance for psychotherapy services that we provide. The following rates are provided to help you make an informed decision.
The Violet Olive Counseling & Supervision is comprised of mental health professionals with varying levels of training, experience and expertise. Descriptors and associated rates for a 1-hour session (CPT code 90837) are listed below.
Associate Clinicians
Licensed professionals under supervision:
$100-120
Advanced Clinicians
Independently licensed with 5+ years of experience or multiple advanced designations: $150
Master Clinicians
Independently licensed with 5+ years of experience and multiple advanced designations: $175
Affiliate Counselors
Independently licensed and have their own fee structure. Some may accept insurance.
Requesting Records
Current or past clients of The Violet Olive Counseling & Supervision counselors who wish to request a copy of their health care records should contact that counselor directly. All independent professionals maintain their own records.
If the counselor was under supervision and employed by The Violet Olive LLC, at the time of treatment, please contact thevioletolivellc@gmail.com with your request.

"No Surprises Act"
As licensed healthcare professionals, we are required to supply all current clients with a standard notice of client/patient rights according to the "No Surprises Act" (NSA).
Upon scheduling your first appointment, your counselor will provide you with a notice customized according to their services and fees. A sample NSA Good Faith Estimate may be accessed HERE.
