Fees & Scheduling

I offer individual, couples, and family counseling sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly, or intensive basis, depending on your needs and goals. Sessions are available either in person at my Kingwood office or through secure online telehealth services. While every client's journey is unique, meeting consistently often helps build momentum and achieve meaningful progress more quickly. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday.

Payment is due at the time of each session. For your convenience, I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. My fee for the initial individual session (45–50 minutes) is $95. Ongoing 45–50 minute sessions are $95 for individuals and $150 for couples and families.

If you're considering therapy, you're welcome to register through my secure client portal to schedule a complimentary phone consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your concerns, answer questions, and determine whether we're a good fit for working together. The portal also provides a secure way to communicate with me directly. To protect your privacy, please avoid sending sensitive or detailed personal information through regular email.

Areas in which I am most experienced include:

  • Guided Imagery & Visualization in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression and life stressors.

  • Emotional, social, and relational struggles for children at school, home and with peers.

  • Major life changes – Including loss of a loved one, medical issues, divorce, relocation, and other impactful changes.

  • Anxiety – Including social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and generalized anxiety.

  • Depression – Situational (seemingly connected to a life stage or event), existential, clinical, and post-partum.

  • Christian Counseling - weaving Christian faith and beliefs into counseling for those who want to have faith be a part of their healing.

In addition to the areas listed above, I have specialized training in couples counseling using Gottman method and family therapy from a Structural Strategic approach.

Choosing a counselor is an important decision! Click below to access my secure practice portal.  Once registered, prospective clients and consultees may send secure messages and/or schedule an initial phone call, and current and consultees may manage their session schedule and send secure messages.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is supporting fellow helping professionals as they grow in their careers and clinical practice. I value the collaborative learning, professional development, and meaningful conversations that take place through consultation and supervision. Whether you're seeking guidance on clinical cases, professional growth, or private practice development, I strive to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where you can build confidence and expand your skills.

If you're interested in working together, I invite you to contact me or register through my secure client portal to schedule an introductory call. This allows us to discuss your goals, explore your needs, and determine whether we're a good fit. Individual consultation sessions are $75 per hour. Reduced rates may be available for students and professionals working in nonprofit organizations.
